The Man Who Rowed Away : a contemporary retelling of Selkie  myth. When Mhairi removes the seaweed from the body of a foreigner on a lonely Scottish beach, she thinks him dead. Finders Keepers explores the issues of repatriation of ancient artifact this fictional short story is set in the British Museum, home of the Lewis Chessmen and also many Australian Aboriginal artifacts. Curators Hannah and Luke plot to expose the absurdity of complexities of "ownership" especially when it  destroys a race's spiritual and cultural history.
